Screen Printing

Screen Printing involves stencils, mesh screens and ink. The ink is pushed through the screens onto the garment below and the design from the stencil is transferred. The garment is then sent to cure. Once cured, the next color or design element can be added by repeating this process until the desired design is complete.

DTG

Direct-To-Garment printing, or DTG, is a garment design method that utilizes high quality aqueous ink-jet technology. There are generally two ways to print using this method. The first is by printing directly onto the item. The second is by printing onto transfer sheets and then heat pressing the printed design to the garment. Both methods are great, but the heat transfer option usually lasts longer, appears brighter and is more cost effective.

Sublimation

Sublimation is another print and transfer option, but with sublimation, the ink is printed onto a special sheet that actually dissolves into the garment when heat transferred. With other methods, you can feel the difference between the printed and not printed garment, where with sublimation, the design almost becomes a part of the garment, leaving you with a more breathable and soft design space. You can offer more complex and colorful designs utilizing this method.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the process of taking a graphic and turning into needle and thread art.
This art can be stitched directly to items such as shirts, bags, hats and other items, or they can be made into stand alone items like patches to be sewn or pressed to articles. There are also different stitches that can be used to create different thicknesses or that can create a raised effect.

Many popular items that people have embroidered are hats, patches, left chest on polo shirts, and jackets, sports bags, and so much more. When you submit an inquiry, give as much detail as possible about your embroidery needs and requests and we will work together to make it happen!

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl services are complete in many different ways using many different items. There is vinyl that can be heat pressed and it is usually placed on apparel and accessory items such as shirts, jerseys, bags and more. There is also permanent and temporary vinyl that is used to print window stickers, decals, wall designs and other fun or promotional products. Vinyl printing usually only contains 1-2 different colors and has a fast turn-around time.
